The Challenge

Undefined Brand Experience
Dylan needed a digital home that reflected his “upstream” philosophy and spoke to locals who know the beauty of our mountains, forests, and rivers.

Complex Service Offering
From injury rehab and strength coaching to industrial wellness, Upstream Athletics covers a lot of ground. We had to organize three distinct service lines without overwhelming visitors.

No Physical Location Yet
With no fixed clinic space and home-visit options, the site had to convey professionalism and trust, while explaining how bookings and sessions actually work.

Limited Assets & Budget
Stock imagery would stand in until Dylan could collect his photos, and we needed to hit a tight budget and timeline with a clear scope.

  • Easy-update CMS & on-page SEO setup around keywords like “Certified Athletic Therapist” and “functional range conditioning,” ready for Dylan to add photos, blog posts, or tweak content easier
