The original website didn’t address Energy View’s two main client groups:

  • Homeowners pursuing rebates (Group B): Unsure where to start or what they were eligible for.
  • Renovators and retirees (Group A): Needed guidance on long-term energy planning.

Unfocused Service Pages

It was hard for users to differentiate between services like Greener Homes audits, Step Code assessments, or blower door testing. There was too much technical language, not enough focus on user goals.

The site lacked warmth and credibility. No testimonials, minimal story, and unclear benefits led to confusion instead of conversions.
