Our 24/7 monitoring service alerts us if a website is unresponsive so we can investigate it immediately. This is very important if your website is an eCommerce site, for example. Lost time = lost sales. In the event that a website is down, we will troubleshoot for you and attempt to get it back up and running.

In the event that your site goes down, we will pull the most recent backup and restore your site so it is up and running again.
Vulnerability Scan
Do you have any outdated themes or plugins? Often, hackers look for security holes in outdated software as opportunities to infiltrate your website. As most themes and plugins include security updates with each new release, older versions are at much higher risk of getting hacked compared to newer releases. We will look for these vulnerabilities and troubleshoot them if found.
Comment Cleanups
Sometimes it can feel like sorting through real comments and spammers is a full-time job. No one has time for that! Well, except us. As part of your maintenance plan, we will do the dirty work of sorting through comments to approve so your feed is easier to read and less offensive to visitors.
Live Form Testing
Contact forms are one of the most important components on a website. This feature allows us to check in on your website forms (all of them, not just contact forms) once a month to make sure everything is working properly and there haven’t been any missed messages going to your spam filter. Don’t assume that because it worked the first time, it will always work. Plugin updates can sometimes interfere with the functionality of other parts of your website and spam filters adjust over time, too. Be safe, let us test it out for you.

Divert spammers even more with our handy email encoding feature. This is a coding feature that hides your email address from scanning software often used by spammers. A normal person can’t tell the difference and can easily see what your email address is in order to contact you. This heavily reduces the amount of spam that ends up in your inbox.
Monthly Analytics Reporting
Each month (or quarterly, your choice) we will email you a report on your website’s analytics. This report will be customized to your website but may include statistics on website traffic, amount of returning visitors, what device they are using to view your website, and how engaged they are while browsing around. This will help us understand trends in user data and allow us to take advantage of opportunities presented in the data.
Broken link checks
There’s nothing more annoying than clicking a link and hitting a dead end. From time to time, we will check your website for broken links. If they are internal links, we will fix them right away. For external broken links, we will contact you with a suggested replacement and fix it upon your approval.
Mini SEO Audit
Available annually, we will run a quick search engine optimization audit on your website. This audit includes current stats like traffic, top keywords, and local competitors so you can get a general understanding of where your business stands within the competition. The other part will look at the technical side of your website for metadata, structural improvements, page load speed, and similar features. If desired, a more in-depth SEO audit with suggestions can be purchased separately.
